Policies and Procedures for Car Contest
2. We are offering this contest to all clients who purchase and/or sell** a home or deal in commercial real
estate through any realtor who is a broker, associate broker or associate with Greater Calgary RealEstate Services Inc.
3. The contest will commence February 1, 2010 and close January 31, 2011.
4. The car will be handed to the winner of the draw “as is”*** with all decals taken off of the car.
5. The target audience for this draw are all buyers, sellers and commercial clients within the Calgary Real Estate Boards jurisdiction.
6. This incentive will be communicated via the Homes For Sale Magazine, all associates by word of mouth or their personal advertising, decals on the vehicle.
7. Wording, graphics and logos will include Company logos, “win this car”, phone numbers, draw dates, Call a Greater Calgary Realtor, use of our web site, signage, in front of homes any Greater Calgary Realtor has a listing contract with (as desired by the home owner). There will be no parking on streets,only in driveways.
8. The client will receive documentation in the form of a purchase or commercial transaction and disclosures from their Greater Calgary Representative at the appropriate time.

10. To collect the Hyundai Accent offered, the winner must be 18 years of age or more, provide insurance for the car, transfer of registration, and must show a valid driver
cannot be reached within 30 days of announcement of winner via e-mail and/or phone (phone with message) and or winner
will be made. Please ensure you contact or make yourself aware of the draw date in order to not miss the winner
11. Policy and procedures are subject to change without notice.
12. Greater Calgary Real Estate Services Inc retains the right to keep the publics private information and the winner will have their name and photo displayed in the Homes For Sale magazine and other media places.
